The Italian microbrand watch company is on a rampage, issuing special edition watches that sell out quickly. Its latest collab is with Esercito Italiano, otherwise known as the Armed Forces of the Italian Republic. Three watches comprise this limited edition series: the U1-PA, U1-PAN, and the U4-TA. Each watch is built to take punishment, just like the Esercito Italiano, themselves. The first two Modello Uno U1 models pay homage to the Paracadutisti, the Italian army’s infantry corps paratroopers. The paratroopers’ badge shows up at the six o’clock position, and each watch comes with a special compass bezel, a Seiko NH35 automatic movement, 300 meters of water resistance, sapphire glass, and a unique camouflage-patterned jacquard weave NATO strap, as well as an extra black heavy-duty NATO strap. The third member, the U4-TA honors the mountain troops known as the Comando Truppe Alpine. It gets a foliage green dial, a Truppe Alpine logo, Seiko NH35 movement, and a matching TPU strap. Only 150 of each will be made, and they will go faster than you can say, “Bellissimo!”
